Units 1 and 3 are externally assessed.  For each of these units you will sit a 60-minute examination.

Units 2 and 4 are based on coursework completed within the lessons and these are  assessed internally.

Unit two focuses on a local Leisure facility called Big Sheep Little Cow and students will get the opportunity to visit the business and question the owner. In school talks and advice are also given by the owner of the business and she also evaluates students work and gives feedback which is useful for the controlled assessment.

Unit 4 allows students to select two leisure and Tourist facilities of their own choice.
