Welcome to the Examination Information for Bedale High School

In this section you can find and download details of school examinations, public examinations and timetables. You can also find guidance on how you can support your child with revision and examination preparation.

The public examination (GCSE) series runs between Mid May and the end of June and holidays should not be booked in this time. Examination dates cannot be changed to suit the individual or the school.

    Mock Exams

    Year 11 mock exams take place in October and February.  Year 10 mock exams take place in June.  Timetables and further information will be available from this section

    Replacement GCSE Certificates

    If you received your academic certificates and have subsequently misplaced/lost them, please use the links below to apply for replacement copies directly from the exam boards.
    Bedale High School will securely hold your GCSE certificates for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. If you have not claimed your certificates within this time period, you must request a replacement directly from the exam board using the links below.

     We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated exam invigilators to work in our busy school and be part of a committed and friendly team. The successful applicant will be required to provide supervision for examinations under the direction of the examinations officer.

    Bedale High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and young people. We have a robust Child Protection Policy and all staff will receive training relevant to their role at induction and throughout employment at the School.  We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service criminal records check for work with children.
